My Kids like Manchurian but it is not hygienic as it contain colours, vinegar and ajinomoto so this motivated me to make it hygienic so I make it healthy by adding vegetables in it and use lemon in place of vinegar and beetroot to add colour. #ATW

My Kids like Manchurian but it is not hygienic as it contain colours, vinegar and ajinomoto so this motivated me to make it hygienic so I make it healthy by adding vegetables in it and use lemon in place of vinegar and beetroot to add colour. #ATW
Steps

Take multipal vegitable and chopped it fine

Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste in it.

Add wheat flour,corn flour and all-purpose flour in mixer.add salt as per test

Add soya sauce,red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce in mixer.

Add finely chopped beetroot

Mix all and make it in small balls

Deep fry ball in oil at medium flame until it turns to golden colour.

Now take pan and some oil to it then add finely chopped vegetables and on high flame saute it

Now add 1tbsp of all sauces (red chilli sauce,green chilli sauce and soya sauce) and insted of vinegar add 1tsp of lemon juice.

Mix 1 tbsp of corn flour into 2 tbsp of water and add it to the mixture to make it thick

Add all the Manchurian balls to the gravy and cover it for 1 min after 1min add tomato sauce if you wish as it enhances the flavour

Now take out machurian in a plate and garnish it with spring onions

Now enjoy your multi vegetable Manchurian
