  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1pinch hing
  • 1tbsp ajwain red chilli powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • As Per Taste Salt
  • as required Oil for frying
  • as per needFresh curd 1cup or any other dip

    Cut chapati in picces keep aside

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add besan and spices mix with water and make batter add 1tbsp hot oil in it mix well

  3. 3

    Dip chapati in besan and fry in hot oil.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with fresh curd any chutney
