Green Curry Seafood with Tagliatelle

Boil the Tagliatgelle with some salt and olive oil until cook, drain it and set aside.(keep the Tagliatelle boiled water)

Preheat the pot, add olive oil. Stir fry until fragrant. Add fresh Thai eggplants and carrot, stir fry a few minutes. Add Tagliatelle boiled water and sugar. Half way cook, add green beans, prawns, squids and salmon. Allow them to boil once, add fresh milk, sweet basil and chilies. Now ready to serve.
