Steps

Take container add water boil it put soya chunks leave it 5 minutes. Remove water from soya.

Take a container put Boiled soya add curd,salt, red chilli powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Coriander powder, Turmeric powder mix it well and leaves for half hour.

Take a pan add oil heat it put Capsicum, onion, soaked soya chunks fry it upto crispy and colour turns brown.

Take a pan add oil heat it put Cumin seeds, chopped onion, tomatoes,garlic claves, ginger, kaju fry it well and cook it. After that cool down.

Take a Mixture grander put fried onion and tomato ingredients grind it in fine paste.

Take a same pan add oil heat it put granded paste fry it add fried soya chunks mix it well and cook it well.

After cooking soya chunks add red chilli powder, Cumin Coriander powder,salt, Garam Masala, Kasuri methi mix well and cook 5min.

After cooking garnish with cream and Coriander leaves. Serve with tandoori or Naan.
