Ingredients

  • 1 cupMalka ki daal (sabat masoor)
  • 1Onion 🧅 sliced
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • Himalayan pink salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • Crushed pickle
  • Tempering
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • 5/6garlic sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the daal with all ingredients except pickle mash it well

  2. 2

    Add achar and cook for 1min

  3. 3

    For tempering let the garlic golden in ghee and then add on top of daal serve with boiled 🍚 rice
