Take pan add oil coriander,chilli flakes, red chilli, salt in it Saute for a mint. Now add boiled potatoes in it and mix well
Switch off the gas and take out stuffing into a bowl - 2
Take a small bowl add flour and water to make a thick paste

Now take a small portion of the filling place in the rectangular sheet and fold it in the form of a triangle use the paste to seal loose edges.

Heat oil add a bit of sheet to check if it rise
Keep the flame low-medium and start adding the samosa 7-8 at a time,make it light golden place them in a plate.Now serve it with your favourite sauce. - 5
If you want to freeze it take a airtight container and freeze it.
