Ingredients

  1. 12rasgullas
  2. 12matris
  3. 1 cupgreen chutney
  4. 1/4 cupsweet tamarind chutney
  5. 1 cupnylon sev
  6. 1/2 cupcubed and boiled potatoes
  7. 1/4 cupchopped onions
  8. Some small pieces of chopped tomato
  9. Pinchblack pepper
  10. Pinchcumin powder
  11. Pinchblack salt

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Squeeze out the sugar water from the rasgulla and soak it in the green chutney. Soak for 10 minutes and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the potato mixture by mixing the boiled potatoes, chopped onions, pinch of black pepper, cumin powder, and black salt in a bowl and lightly mash them.

  3. 3

    For assembling, top the rasgullas over a piece of matri and add some of the potato mixture, a small piece of tomato, and some nylon Sev over it.

    Drizzle some sweet tamarind chutney over it.

  5. 5

    Rasgulla Chaat is ready to be Served.
