Squeeze out the sugar water from the rasgulla and soak it in the green chutney. Soak for 10 minutes and keep aside.

Prepare the potato mixture by mixing the boiled potatoes, chopped onions, pinch of black pepper, cumin powder, and black salt in a bowl and lightly mash them.

For assembling, top the rasgullas over a piece of matri and add some of the potato mixture, a small piece of tomato, and some nylon Sev over it.

Drizzle some sweet tamarind chutney over it.

Rasgulla Chaat is ready to be Served.
