First wash and grate the cabbage and broccoli. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt and oil mix well. Gradually add water and knead it.make a soft dough. cover and keep aside for 10 minutes

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add cumin seeds saute 30 seconds then add chopped ginger and green chillies saute 30 seconds then add grated cabbage and broccoli. Saute 1 minute. add salt and powder spices. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Add chopped coriander leaves mix and switch off the flame. Allow to cool it.meanwhile make medium size balls from the dough. Take a ball roll it on palm and make a space in the middle. Put 1 tbsp filling in the space roll it carefully to seal the edges.remove the extra upper part.

Press lightly and dust little flour on rolling board Roll the paratha.heat a tawa.place the paratha on hot tawa cook from both side by adding some oil.
Serve with any chutney,ketchup or curd.
