Chicken ‘n Prawns Seaweed Rolls

Pound garlic, coriander root and pepper thoroughly. Set aside.

Put chicken, prawns, carrot and the pounded into the mixing bowl. Stir to mix well. Season with oysters sauce, sugar, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil and egg white and mix well.

Scoop the filling on the Nori sheet, spread all over. And roll up tightly. (Use sushi mat for rolling)

Place into the steamer. Steam for 10 minutes until cooked. Cut into pieces, sprinkle with fried garlic. Serve with black vinegar or mayonnaise.
