Ingredients

  • 2 cupsSemolina
  • as neededWater
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 sachetEno
  • 1/2 cupCurd

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take semolina and curd in a bowl and add salt to it.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients with water until a thick consistency.

  3. 3

    Now grease the mould with oil and pour some batter.

  4. 4

    Cook for 5 minutes in oven. Cook for 20 minutes in cooker at medium flame.

  5. 5

    Serve with chutney or sambhar.
