Rice Corn Patties

Take rice, sweet corn, and cheese in a mixing bowl. Smash and mix very well.

Then add a chili-ginger paste, chili powder, salt, bread crumbs, coriander leaves, lemon juice. Mix well and make a soft dough.

Make 12 equal parts from the dough and make patties on the palm. Heat the 2 tablespoon oil in a nonstick pan on medium flame. Put the patties one by one in a pan and cook till both sides are golden brown🟤. Remove on kitchen paper.

A crispy, mouth-watering, tangy Rice Sweet corn🌽 Patties are ready for serve. Serve with green🟢 chutney, tomato🍅 sauce.
