  • 4 pcsGooseberry (amla)
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 2 tspOil
  • 1/2 tspkalaunji
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspHaldi
  • as per tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate raw amla & remove the seed.

  2. 2

    Heat oil. Add kalaunji, hing & chopped chilli to it.

  3. 3

    Add grated amla, all the spices & mix well.

  4. 4

    Cover it with a lid for 5mins.

  5. 5

    It is done. Switch off the flame.
