The name of the dish says it all. Cabbage and Capsicum both are used in this simple Veg side dish for your important main course meals.
With few spices easily available, this one is a sure shot hit. It's a best option for Breakfast, Lunch or even Dinner and goes well with both Rice and Rotis.
Since it's a dry preparation, it goes absolutely well alongside Rotis, Parathas or Phulkas too.
With Rice, you need a Daal or a Curry to go along with it. Nevertheless it's always a good idea.
Cabbage and Capsicum both are a lovely combination and hence this Stir Fry not only looks beautiful but tastes delicious as well.

Steps

In a pan, heat oil and add the ginger-garlic paste, and Green chilies. Saute for a minute and add the rest of the spices followed by the thinly sliced Capsicums. Saute until nicely done. Also, add half of the chopped Coriander Leaves too.

Followed by the shredded Cabbage. Cover and simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes. Open the lid after done and adjust Salt accordingly.

Saute until the Oil starts separating. Garnish with lots of chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot as a side dish to your favorite meal. This is a lovely combination and tastes yum with both Rice and Rotis. Yum!
