Ingredients

4-8 people
  • 750 mltin ideal milk or normal full cream
  • 4eggs
  • 15 mlbaking powder
  • 10 mlsalt
  • 750 mlcake flour
  • 250 grmelted butter
  • 100-350 mlwater - as needed to thin mix, more with ideal milk

    Sift dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Beat eggs and ideal milk then fold into dry mixture

  3. 3

    Add melted butter and stir into mixture

  4. 4

    Let stand for 10minutes

  5. 5

    Use a hot pan with oil to cook pancakes

  6. 6

    Sift mixture of cinnamon with sugar over cooked pancakes. Alternatively use savoury filling
