Heat oil add whole garam masala, cummin seed, Green chilli, onion, salt & cook till onion turn soft. Add tomato, ginger garlic paste & all the masalas saute well.

Add potato, masoor daal & a cup of water cover & cook fr 15 mnt in low flame. Add rice, coconut milk, coriander leaves & salt cook in high flame till water soak. low the flame cover & cook from 15 mnts

Now place egg & low the flame cover & cook fr 15 mnt. Egg masoor pulav is ready, serve with chutney & papad.
