Homemade Boondian

Ramadan is around the corner and every house has some special arrangements for ramadan. Dahi boondian are my kids favourite. My son loves namkeen dahi boondi and both girls want me to make meethi dahi boondi. As we all want to spend more time in Ibaadah & spend less time in kitchen but on the other hand want to make special recipes for our loved ones.

Sieve baisan to avoid lumps in the batter.

Add salt, meetha soda in baisan.

Make a paste of baisan with water neither too thick nor too runny.

Deep fry using frying spoon and pour baisan batter on frying spoon to get small boondi.

Pack in small zip lock bags & Refrigerate in ramadan.

When you want to make dahi boondi just pour boondian in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze water and add in meethi or salty dahi.
