Soak sabudana over night. For 1.5 cups of sabudana add 1.5 cups of water and leave it for at least 6hours. Adding excess water would make sabudana soggy

After soaking. Cut potato and green chilli into small pieces.
Heat a pan and add 1tbsp oil to it. Add cumin seeds and green chilli to it. Once they are roasted add potato pieces to the pan - 3
Let the potatoes cook for at least 5minutes. Add required salt to the potatoes

Once potatoes are cooked. Add sabudana to it

Crush the roasted peanuts paralelly

Add the peanut powder to the pan along with some salt.
Add lemon juice and 1tsp of coriander leaves - 7
Mix the contents in pan and cook it for 5mins under low flame. (let the sabudana turn transparent)
