Finely chop the onion, garlic, and bell peppers.

Pour a good amount of olive oil into the pot and sauté the vegetables in sauté mode, uncovered, until they are soft.

Once the vegetables are soft, add the bouillon cube, the cut squid rings, the tomato sauce, the two packets of squid ink, stir to combine everything, and let it cook in the same mode for about 2 minutes.

Add the rice, water, and a pinch of salt, then set the cooker to rice mode at 130º C for about 9 minutes.
