Super Food Recipie.We daily eat Chapaties in our daily Diet.I have tried it to make it healthy,with 2 ingredients only .It is easy to make and can be consumed with any Sabaji,dals or salads.

Super Food Recipie.We daily eat Chapaties in our daily Diet.I have tried it to make it healthy,with 2 ingredients only .It is easy to make and can be consumed with any Sabaji,dals or salads.
Steps

Peel out sweet potatoes and mashed it.If you have left over Sweet potato sabji you can make use of it.

Add as much flour as to make dough,it should not be too much hard not very soft, but of medium consistency,so that you can Roll chapati.Of course you can add salt or any masala,coriander,if you want to make it spicy,but be sure you add water very little as required only.

Cover the dough and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes,
so that dough becomes soft. - 4
Take small pieces of dough,in your palm round it as shown in picture.So that you can Roll chappatis.

Take some dry flour,rub one piece of dough and roll chapati with help of rolling pin.

Heat the griddle,put chapati,Roast both side,you can see slight pink spots, take out from griddle and put directly on heat,sothat it fluffs up.Or you can take small towel and press chapati on griddle only so that it fluff up,as seen 8n picture below.

Make all chappatis,in same manner one by one you can apply butter or ghee if you like.Cover all chappatis with cloth or put in any vessel and cover it.It can be Consumed 2 to 3 days or put the dough in fridge and make chapattis when you want to eat.
