Simple Veg. Chowmein with Leftover Noodles & Veggies

This is just a very simplistic version of using the leftover items in your fridge- Tdy, I’ve made its veg version being a Monday for my Mum-
Nothing’s more to talk about this one as we’re all aware of it preparing it almost quite often-
The only difference this time is- It’s usually prepared afresh, however at times when certain leftovers are therein- This is how it can fruitfully be used in to aptly fit into our super busy schedules in the regular week days to not only save our time but some labor & energy both!
You can go ahead & choose to prepare it non-veg versions too, by adding scrambled eggs or boiled/cooked shredded chicken pieces or the combinations of both, etc.

Steps
- 1
To begin with: Heat up a frying pan & add in very little oil in it- Throw in it the leftover veggies or else, if it’s fresh then, sauté that nicely until soft & tender- Check on the seasonings part, adjust if necessary
- 2
Next: Add into it the leftover noodles to sauté for a while with this prepared veggies mixtures- Add in the necessary aforementioned seasonings & sauces-
Give it all a really good mix altogether until nicely combined and well blended - 3
Flame goes off- Transfer it directly to your serving plate/platter-
Garnish it your way, though it isn’t required much at all, at least to me-
Serve it hot with your choicest & favourite condiments like tomato ketchup & any drinks of your own choice- Me & my Mum relished it with freshly prepared Watermelon Pomegranates Mocktail/Mojito - 4
ENJOY your busy Monday or a fresh week beginning with this scrumptious bowl
