Steps

Add the ingredients in cooker and give one whistle. strain and store the water.

In a kadhai, add oil and mutton and ginger garlic. cook on high flame until colour changes. add the masalas and cook for 5 min.

Add grated tomato and cook for 6-7 min until oil releases. check the softness of mutton.

Add 2-3 spoon. anaardana paste(alter as per taste)

Add strained water of mutton. give it smoky flavour.
