Ingredients

6-8 people
  1. cooker
  2. 2-3big onions
  3. 10-12 clovesgarlic
  4. 1 inchchopped ginger
  5. 1 kg.mutton
  6. in a kadhai
  7. 3-4spoon. heated mustard oil
  8. as per needginger garlic
  9. masalas
  10. 2chopped green chilies
  11. as per tastesalt
  12. 1spoon red chilli powder
  13. 1spoon haldi powder
  14. 1spoon coriander powder
  15. 1/2 tsp.cummin seeds
  16. final ingredients
  17. 2grated tomato
  18. anaardana paste
  19. as requiredwater
  20. 1spoon. anardana

  1. 1

    Add the ingredients in cooker and give one whistle. strain and store the water.

  2. 2

    In a kadhai, add oil and mutton and ginger garlic. cook on high flame until colour changes. add the masalas and cook for 5 min.

  3. 3

    Add grated tomato and cook for 6-7 min until oil releases. check the softness of mutton.

  4. 4

    Add 2-3 spoon. anaardana paste(alter as per taste)

  5. 5

    Add strained water of mutton. give it smoky flavour.
