(1) For Veggies -
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and green chillies and sauté it for a minute. Now add onion, tomato and potato and cook for about 5 minutes on medium flame. - 2
Now add salt, oregano, chilli flakes and mix well. Lastly add paneer and olives and give a quick mix and let it cool.

(2) For Sandwich -
Apply butter on both bread slice and tomato ketchup on one. Now evenly spread veggie mixture, place cheese slice and cover with another slice of bread. - 4
Prepare the remaining sandwiches similarly & Toast it in griller.

Once out of toast machine grate cheese cube immediately. Serve hot with chips and any dip or green coriander chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
