This is traditional sago or sabudana kheer, cooked especially during fast, here have made a small twist by adding homemade thandai powder. This is good during Summers as it helps to beat the heat.#NFC

First of all heat the milk.

Add pre soaked sabudana into the milk.

Now cook this on a slow flame, till the sago gets cooked n milk becomes bit thick

Now switch off the flame, add sugar n mix well.

Once it comes to room temperature add thandai powder n mix.

Keep in refrigerator, serve chilled. Garnish this with chopped dry fruits.
