Today I have made tasty and delicious chikoo milkshake. It is loaded with full of nutrition. It's healthy refreshing perfect beverage to boost energy during upvas .

Soak almonds and cashew nuts in water for 2-3 hours. Peel, deseed and roughly chop chikoo.

Take a blender jar, add chikoo pieces, soaked almonds, cashew nuts, sugar,dates and milk and blend it till smooth. Chikoo milkshake is ready.

Pour equal quantities of the milkshake into 2 individual glasses. Serve immediately garnished with chopped pistachio in each glass.
