Soak moong dal for a minimum of 45 mins.

Grind into a paste without adding much water. It should have thick consistency.

Add chopped onion, chillies, coriander leaves and all the dry spices. Mix well for 2-3 mins

Heat oil in a kadhai. Drop pakodas with the help of a tablespoon. Cook on medium flame till it gets evenly cooked turning golden brown.

Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
