Whisk egg with salt and black pepper

In a pan put oil,add egg and put sauce,veggies and cheese on it.

Flip the egg and let it cook from both sides.

Now put some mayo on bread,place the egg and cover with another bread. Apply butter on top and put in sandwich maker.
