Ingredients

  • 175 gOkra, sliced
  • 5Prawns, peeled & deveined
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oysters sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black peppercorns, crushed
  • 3 tbsps water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the wok, add olive oil. Follow with garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Add prawns and okra, stir Fry. Add some water. Seasoning with soy sauce, oysters sauce and pepper. Stir fry until cook. Ready to serve.
