This was an impromptu breakfast, when I searched for the recipe on cookpad I saw many detailed options and I choose one and this was just the perfect breakfast for a Saturday morning . Easy and straightforward 🤤🤤🤤

8 slicesbread 🍞
8sausage
8mozzarella cheese sheet 🧀
50 gbutter 🧈
1egg 🥚
2 tbspmilk 🥛
1 tspcinnamon sugar
Dashsalt

Heat up a frying pan, fry your with half of the butter sausages and set aside;

Cut off the edges of the bread

Use a rolling pin and roll out your bread, place your mozzarella cheese on top the bread, add 1 sausage and roll

Place in a tray and set aside; break egg in a bowl, add cinnamon sugar, milk and salt whisk and set aside

Heat up frying pan, add little butter to grease the pan, place rolled bread into the whisked egg mixture and place in the pan on low heat,

Stir till all sides are cooked through properly. Remove from heat and do same for all.

Serve with hot sauce and tea ☕️
