Cinnamon Orange Maple Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  1. 1 Pkg.Baby Carrots
  2. 2Tbsps. Butter
  3. 1/4 C.Orange Marmalade
  4. 1/2 C.Pure Maple Syrup
  5. 1 tsp.Ground Cinnamon+ more for garnish
  6. 1 tsp.Fresh or Dried Parsley Flakes, garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Im a large pot add the carrots and fill pot with enough water to cover carrots. Bring to a boil on high heat. Add a teaspoon of salt. Turn heat down to medium low and let simmer til carrots are tender. Drain water. Set aside.

    In a medium saucepan add butter, marmalade, syrup, and teaspoon cinnamon. Stir til butter and marmalade has melted and everything is heated through and sauce like. Once hot add to carrots and stir to combine well and eat carrot is coated. Poor into serving dish garnish with ground cinnamon and parsley flakes. Serve immediately and enjoy 😋.
