Wanted ham and eggs, used up my eggs of course all the cooking, but then i found the Holy Grail.... ham and cheese chimis!!!!

The molasses sugar and Pineapple mixture on top of the ham and allowing it to bake uncovered in the oven turn out to be so tender and delicious. It easy and delicious worry free dish that I will definitely do again.

I have an unopened surplus Xmas Ham and I am going to split and use it for Gratin and Bean soup.
