This recipe was rather hard to rustle up, as Malaysian cuisine are more on the 'agak-agak' side, that is, no measurements. We just throw in whatever ingredients we feel would go with the dish in whatever amounts that we feel is right. This recipe is just a guide, so if you want a true Malaysian style coca cola wings, just follow your heart.

Cola wings (可乐鸡翅) is a super popular Chinese home-style dish where chicken wings are braised in cola cola (the soda) along with soy sauce and aromatics. The cola gives the wings a caramelized sweetness, balances the saltiness of soy, and creates a glossy, sticky sauce that coats the wings beautifully!!Best eaten with a bowl of rice and a side of veggies!
