Steps

Mix salt mirchi gg paste turmeric.

Add yogurt.

Add garam masala powder, fried onions paste, chopped coriander, mint and green chillies.

Soak rice 5 glasses in water for 30 minutes
- 5
Boil water in a pan add cinnamon sticks 3, long 6, 6 elaichi, when water boils add soaked rice and half cook it.

Spread half cooked rice 70% over the marinated chicken and add chopped coriander mint leaves on top, 2 cups milk on top with some butter on top of the rice. Switch on the stove and cook for 10 minutes on full flame and then 25 minutes on low flames.
