A similar recipe was in a cookbook I have but as I was missing a few ingredients I adapted my own version and the result was very tasty. Quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

2large carrots, grated
1/2red onion finely sliced
2 tbsppickled red cabbage
Olive oil
Tspzaatar spice mix
Coriander
1/2 tspsalt

Steps

Mix grated carrots and slice onion in a bowl with the salt. Leave for 10 min till moisture comes out

Pat dry with some kitchen roll

Add zaatar and mix

Add coriander and pickled red cabbage and mix

Add small splash olive oil at the end and mix. Serve.
