  1. 150 gramsfettuccine
  2. 6small scallops, chopped
  3. 9scallops for grilling
  4. 1small box pasta cream
  5. Tobiko, to taste
  6. Chopped parsley
  7. 2 teaspoonssalt for cream sauce
  8. 2 teaspoonsblack pepper
  9. 1/2 cuppasta cooking water
  10. 1 tablespoonsalt for boiling pasta
  11. 1/2 tablespoonsalted butter
  12. 1/2 tablespoonolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions, adding salt to the water for flavor. Once cooked, set aside.
