Steps

For Cone :: Water to form a dough,Rub the out side with ghee Set dough aside for 15mins.

Roll out. Cut strips & roll around the silver cones or paper cone.

Lightly oil the cones & dust with flour to prevent dough from sticking,Fry in medium hot oil.

For Chaat::
-Take a pan add water chickpeans,salt,cumin,red chilli powder,boil for 5 to 10 mins - 5
Transfer this mixture on a serving cone
Add the finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes & kurkure. - 6
Ready your kurkure Chaat.
Then Serve.
