Boil Chickpeas, prep onions, garlic and ginger, make tomato puree, Dice Paneer

Take oil in pan add zeera then add hing, ginger garlic and saute it, now add chopped onions and mix well and saute till onions become translucent

Then add tomato puree and saute it for 5 to 7 minutes.

Now add all spices and mix well and let gravy leave the oil.

Now add chick peas and paneer and mix well, cover it and cook for 5 minutes, lastly add kasuri methi and lemon juice. Chole paneer is ready to serve.
