Pecan Mug Cake
This is my favorite mug cake recipe as of now! It tastes delicious, and while it is low in carbs, it gives you a load of fiber and healthy fats. After eating this, you will feel completely full and your cravings would be satisfied (at least for a while!). Hope you enjoy it.

This is my favorite mug cake recipe as of now! It tastes delicious, and while it is low in carbs, it gives you a load of fiber and healthy fats. After eating this, you will feel completely full and your cravings would be satisfied (at least for a while!). Hope you enjoy it.

Grease a mug with some coconut oil.

In the bottom of the mug, put the pecans. I like to keep them in whole pieces, but you can crush them if you like.

In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of stevia sweetener, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of butter, and microwave for 30-40 seconds on high.

Add the melted mix to the mug on top of the pecans.

In another bowl, add the coconut flour, almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon Stevia, baking powder, 2 tablespoons melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.

Mix well with a spatula.

Add the mix on top of the pecan mug.

Microwave for 60-90 seconds.

Leave it a side for a minute to cool down, then enjoy it with a cup of tea!
