Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 cuppaneer
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1chopped capsicum
  • 1chopped chili
  • 1/4 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala salt to taste
  • as requiredChopped coriander

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a heavy bottom pan, heat oil Add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.

  2. 2

    Then, add chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute until raw smell goes off.

  3. 3

    Add onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft

  4. 4

    Now, add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, tomatoes, salt and sauté for another minute.

  5. 5

    Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes are soft.

  6. 6

    Add capsicum and cook for another minute.

  7. 7

    Add crumbled paneer, garam masala powder, mix well and cook for 1 minute.

  8. 8

    Finally, add chopped coriander mix.

  9. 9

    Serve with roti, parathas.
