  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Cilantro
  • Water

    Add the salt, garlic, peppers, tomatoes, and chopped cilantro to a bowl.

    Pour in a generous splash of olive oil and a little vinegar, adjusting for the acidity of the tomatoes.

    Add enough water to reach your desired consistency, whether you like your gazpacho thicker or more liquid.
