  • 250 gmParwal
  • 2tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1Ginger small pc
  • 4-5Garlic
  • 2Green chilli
  • 5 tbspCashew broken
  • 1 pcLaung Elaichi dalchini
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 TSPRed chilli powder
  • 1 TSPHaldi
  • 1 TSPDhania powder
  • 1 TSPGaram masala
  • 1/4 TSPBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspOil

Steps

20 min
  1. 1

    Scrap Parwal with knife.Cut it into half and make a slit
    Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
    Cool and strain.

  2. 2

    For making gravy take a grinder put tomato onion garlic ginger green chilli cashew laung Elaichi dalchini and make a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Heat oil.Add jeera put the gravy paste and cook cover for 5 min

  4. 4

    Add all masala and cook again covered add little water if required

  5. 5

    Add Parwal and mix gently cook for 1 min

  6. 6

    Ready to serve.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with chapati.
