Slice the bhendi’s from one side and cut the potatoes

Add little water, salt, hing, turmeric, malvani masala, ginger garlic chilli paste, besan (daalicha peeth), rice flour, jaggery and mix well to create a paste as shown in the picture

Apply the above paste to the bhendi’s and potatoes
- 4
Heat oil in a pan and fry the bhendi’s and potatoes on a low flame (close the lid)
- 5
After 5-10 min, flip them over to ensure both sides are done well.
