Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 300 gRice
  2. ★3 tbsp. cooking sake
  3. ★2 tsp. soy sauce
  4. ★1/4 tsp. salt
  5. ★3 tbsp. skim milk
  6. ☆15g carrot(shredded)
  7. ☆15gkelp
  8. ☆140g boiled soybeans
  9. ☆10g sakura shrimp

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse the rice and drain it. Put rice and "★" into the inner pot of the rice cooker. Add water according to the scale and give it a stir.

    Put "☆" on top and cook rice as usual.

    When the rice is done cooking, mix it all together softly.
    ※Instead of skim milk, you can add 100 ml of low-fat milk and add
    water according to the scale.
