Ingredients

  1. 3 cupSweet Rice
  2. 1Chicken Thigh
  3. 1 cupOyster Mushroom
  4. 1/2Carrot
  5. 3 TbspSoy Sauce
  6. 1 TbspSake
  7. 1.5 TbspSugar
  8. 1 TbspOlive Oil
  9. 3 cupsWater (until 3rd line of the rice cooker)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken thigh and the oyster mushroom with bitten size. And shred the carrot.

    Heat a pan and put in olive oil. Stir fry all the chopped ingredients with medium heat for a few minutes.

    Add sake.

    Add sugar.

  5. 5

    Add soy sauce.

    Cook it about 7 minutes.

    Mean while, prepare the sweet rice.

    Wash the sweet rice three times.

    Pour the sauce into the sweet rice.

    Add water until 3rd line of rice cooker.

    Mix well.

    Turn it on the rice cooker in mix mode.

    Voilà! Stir the mixed rice well and turn off the machine.
