Wash chicken and marinate with turmeric powder, chilli powder, 1tbs soya sauce, beaten egg, salt and keep at least 30 min

Fry chicken by batch until golden brown

In a pan add 4tbs oil, add dry chilli and cashewnut and fry for few min in medium flame

Add capsicum, chilli sauce, remaining soya sauce, tomato sauce, stir in medium flame for 5min

Sprinkle little water and simmer 2min

Add chicken, sugar and sesame seed, butter increase flame, and stir continuously for 5 min

Serve with fried rice or garlic bread
