4 servings
  1. 1 1/2 cupsrice
  2. 4 cupswater
  3. 1carrot
  4. 500 gmcurd
  5. 1tspFor tempering- mustard seeds,
  6. 1tsp chana dal,
  7. 1tsp urad dal
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds,
  9. 8 to 10 cashews

  1. 1

    Cook rice and cool. Take a kadai and add dals, cashews, mustard seeds, chillies,cashews, curry leaves for tempering. Once dals turn golden colour add to the rice. Churn curd add salt.

    Grate carrot. Add whipped curd to cooled rice and add grated carrot too.
