Doi(yogurt) Katla
This is my own recipe, please try it..

Wash the fish well and some salt and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder on it.

When the mustard oil is hot in the pan, the fish should be fried and kept.

Added this oil ghee,cinnamon, cardamom,cloves and fry 20 sec.After 20 sec added onion paste, ginger paste and mix well if oil is released from the spices it should be added again with salt to taste, sugar, turmeric powder, chilli powder.
If oil is released from the spices, reduce the flame of the gas and add yogurt and mixed very well after 5 min added hot water and cover with a lid.. - 4
When the broth boils, added fried fish and green chilli and cook until 5 minutes and serve with hot rice.
