Peel and cut the potatoes. Wash and chop the tomato, onion, green chili, and cilantro.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the potatoes until they are lightly golden brown.

In a bowl, combine the sautéed potatoes, onion, tomato, green chili, some cilantro, chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, green chutney, lemon juice, and tamarind chutney. Mix well.

Add sev and mix again. Your spicy tangy aloo chaat is ready.

Serve the chaat in small bowls. Garnish with extra green chutney, cilantro, and sev on top.
