Rajasthani curry with maggi masala twist

Put oil in kadhai. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves in it and allow it to crackle then add garlic, ginger and onions in kadhai.
Add beat curd and 2 spoon of besan mix it in kdai. - 2
Then to that Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder with maggi masala in it to get an awesome flavour.

Mix till boil it get boils,then make small pakdois of it and add that pakodis in a boiling water so that it get easily softens.

Then transfer it to the boiling curry. After adding curry let it be boil for 20 minutes more. Then your delicious rajasthani curry is ready to serve. Enjoy it with butter or ghee Chappatis
