After cleaning the meat marinade it at least two hours before cooking, marinade meat with ginger garlic, salt, meat masala, lemon juice and oil, if above spices not available add 1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp coriander powder,1 tbsp tandoori masala 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Cut the potatoes into four pieces and carrot thick slices, break the the garlic into cloves and cut onion into four to six slices then seasoned the veg I added periperi seasoning to the veg

In a baking dish put the veg first then added the meat on top, cover with foil and baked 200c for 45 to 1 hour, served with egg fried rice
