Take the skin of banana and cut them into pieces and then boil it till it soften.

Make the fine paste of rice, onion and garlic and add turmeric,red chilli powder and salt in paste.

Then put banana skin into paste and heat oil in wok. Put the mixture in heat oil and then cover it for 2-3 minutes.

Open it then Mix it properly,Repeat this process 4-5 times till it started leaving oil and gets red in colour.

When it started becoming crispy, fry it more for 5- 6 minutes.

Now its ready to serve it with chapati.
